Windsor has a charming town center, with two Historic Districts in the town, Broad Street Green in Windsor center and the Palisado Avenue Historic District, which is found on the National Register of Historic Places.  Nestled in the historic town center is First Town Square, a metropolitan style community in an historic former factory building.
